An impression is logged whenever a shopper is exposed to a product finder chat flow.
An engaged start is logged whenever a shopper responds to at least one of the Product Finder questions.
A completion is logged whenever a shopper responds to all Product Finder questions and is presented with recommendations (even if the Product Finder yields zero recommendations).
Revenue referred tracks all recommended product that is ultimately purchased by the shopper within x days of the chat.
