How long does it take to get my order?


Because we adapt most products by hand in the order we receive orders, it takes approximately 4-6 business days to process your order before it ships. If you purchased Expedited shipping, we will do our best to process your order in 1-2 business days, but this is not guaranteed. If you have a special situation, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  If an item is on back order, this will delay shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. To check the status of your order, please log into your account and choose "View Order Status and Print Invoices". Products with a SKU ending in DS may take up to 10 business days to process. If you are under a tight schedule and want to order a product ending in DS, please contact us before you order and we will get a more precise shipment date for you.

Domestic
Parcel Select or Ground : 4-12 days (excluding holidays and Sundays)

Priority : 2-3 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). This, however, is not a guaranteed service and may take longer than the estimated transit time.

Express/Expedited : 1-2 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Guaranteed, money back service.

Canada (Times may be longer if parcel is held up in customs)
First Class International: 7-21 days (excluding holidays and Sundays).

Priority International: 6-10 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). This, however, is not a guaranteed service and may take longer than the estimated transit time.

Express/Expedited International : 3-5 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Guaranteed, money back service. 

Please note: Products with SKU ending in 'DS' may have longer processing and transit times.
