If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via the Contact Us | Support portal located in the upper left corner of our website. Leave us a general message and include your order number along with your request for cancellation. If the order has not already processed, we will cancel the order and email you a confirmation. If, however, the order has already processed, we will not be able to cancel the order. In those instances, you are welcome to return the product to us once you receive it by requesting a Return Authorization. Instructions for obtaining a Return Authorization can be found by clicking the Return Policy link located at the bottom of our website or by searching Returns in our Support Portal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
