Products to be exchanged must reach us within 30 days of your order date. If you would like to exchange an item, please log into your account and request a Return Authorization by clicking on 'Complete Return Requests'. Products will not be accepted for exchange if you have not first obtained a Return Authorization. You can either select Refund, and we will refund your original payment method once the item is returned to us, or you can select Store Credit and we will issue a store credit once the item is returned to us. Store Credits can then be used for a future order.
