How do I change the shipping address for my order?

After an order has been placed, only a COLORCL representative can modify the shipping details. Please contact us by email via our Contact-Us page heading 'Modify Order (Pre-ship)'  if shipping details need to be modified.

*Please note that once an order has been shipped out by Standard shipping, it is not possible to redirect the order to another address. In this case, please check our Exchanges & Returns policy.
